Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable however they can be transferred to a different date if you cancel no later than 48 hours before your appointment start time, cancellations made after this will result in a loss of your deposit. Deposits are 50% of the cost of the fitting for maintenances and the cost of the hair for new fittings. Where deposits haven't been paid for an appointment in advance and the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, 50% of the fitting cost will become payable. You agree to follow the aftercare as given by us which includes ensuring maintenance appointments are within the recommended timeframe: Tapes: 6-8 weeks Nanos, micro rings, mini tips, ultra tips: 8-10 weeks Weaves: 8-10 weeks Going over this recommended timeframe will incur additional charges of £10 per week for every week over. Booking an appointment confirms you agree to the cancellation policy and terms of service.
