Boss Extensions

By agreeing to an appointment you confirm the following:

  • You agree all information supplied at your consultation to be correct and that there is no further information we would require to enable us to safely fit and maintain your hair. Any changes will be made aware to us at your earliest convenience.

  • To follow the aftercare as instructed, any confusion with this will be followed up with your hair extension technician for clarity.

  • The understanding that hair extensions are a natural human product and hence not any 2 items are identical due to the nature. This can mean slight differences to shades, textures and longevity of the hair.

  • We cannot accept liability for damaged hair, although every effort will be taken to resolve any issues with suppliers it is inevitably purchase at your own risk due to the nature of the product.

  • We cannot guarantee that the products will arrive for a certain date, this is left entirely in the hands of couriers and delivery services. We do recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance of a date for new hair fittings to minimise the risk of hair not arriving as some suppliers can take in excess of 2 weeks for delivery. We will make you aware of any instances where a product is not due to arrive in time for an appointment booked.

  • Deposits of 50% of the service is payable at the time of booking, with the exception of purchasing products (including hair) at which point the cost of the product is due up front. Should you decide against using "Boss Extensions UK" for the fitting, the products paid for are yours to keep. Any deposits not paid for, will be due at the time of appointment. Should an appointment be cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the appointment time, the deposit will be carried forward to the next appointment if the appointment is booked within the next 2 month period. Any cancellations or no shows outside of this policy will be lost.
